Sunny Creek Trading Post is a farm hub at 317 E. Grand Ave., Ponca City, Oklahoma. This policy covers this website, online orders, our mailing list and calls to the shop.

When you order: your name, email address, phone number, your shipping address if you choose shipping, and what you bought.

When you pay by card: your card details go straight to our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

When you create an account: your email address and a password, which is stored securely by our sign-in provider. We can't see it.

When you join our mailing list: your email address, your name if you give it, and when and how you signed up.

When you write to us through a form on this site, such as a message, a custom order, an application to sell with us, a job application or a Young Vendor Market application: what you put in the form.

When you call the shop: your phone number, and any voicemail you leave, which is recorded.

To take and fill your order, send your receipt, tell you when it's ready or has shipped, and remind you if a pickup is waiting.

To answer you when you get in touch, and to review applications.

To send our newsletter, only if you signed up for it. Every one carries an unsubscribe link, and once you unsubscribe we keep your address on a do-not-send list so you aren't emailed again.

To keep the sales and tax records the law requires of a business.

We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

A few services handle it for us so the shop can run: our payment processor, the company that hosts this website and its database, the service that sends our email, our marketing email platform for the mailing list, and our phone service for calls and voicemail. They only use it to do that job for us.

We'll also share information if the law requires it.

This site only stores what it needs to work: a cookie that keeps you signed in, and your cart, which is saved in your own browser. There are no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics that follow you around the web.

Applications for the Young Vendor Market are filled in by a parent or guardian, or by the young vendor themselves if they're 18. We don't knowingly collect information directly from children under 13.

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link at the bottom of any of them.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call us and we'll take care of it. We may need to keep order and tax records for as long as the law requires.
