The fine print, in plain words.

Online promotions apply to orders placed on this website. Offers in the shop are handled at the register and can't be used online, and online offers can't be used in the shop, unless the offer says otherwise.

Qualifying items are discounted automatically in your cart, or when you enter the promotion's code at checkout. You'll see the discount on the order before you pay.

Each promotion runs between its start and end dates and can't be applied to an order placed outside them.

Some promotions are limited to a set number of redemptions. Once that number is reached, the promotion ends, even before its end date.

Some promotions need a code. A code works only for the promotion it belongs to, and only while that promotion is running.

Any other conditions, such as the products included or the quantity you need to buy, are shown with the offer.

Discounts apply to the goods only. The pickup handling charge is worked out on the price after the discount, and the shipping charge isn't discounted unless the offer says so.

Promotions have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash.

Our returns policy applies as usual. A refund is for the amount you actually paid for the item after the discount.

We may end or change a promotion, but a change won't affect an order you've already placed.
