Getting your order to you.

Pick it up at the shop, or have it shipped. You choose at checkout, and checkout shows exactly what you'll pay before you place the order.

Collect your order at 317 E. Grand Ave., Ponca City during our open hours: Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM; Saturday, 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM; Sunday closed.

We'll email you as soon as it's bagged and ready.

Pickup orders carry a handling charge of 15% of the goods (after any discounts), never more than $10.00. It covers the time it takes to pick and bag your order.

We'll send you a reminder while your order waits for you. If you can't get here, reply to the email and we'll work something out.

After 7 days we'll give you a call. We can hold an order for 14 days; after that, unclaimed food is donated rather than let go to waste.

Shipping is a flat $9.95 per order, to addresses in the United States.

Some things can't travel. Certain homemade foods may only be sold within Oklahoma, and a few items can't be shipped at all. Checkout checks your basket against your address and tells you before you pay if anything can only be picked up.

We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Oklahoma sales tax is added at checkout where it applies, including on the pickup or shipping charge for taxable goods. Checkout shows it line by line.

Get in touch and tell us what happened. A photo helps. Anything that arrives flawed or damaged is covered by our returns policy, and we'll put it right.
