A fourth-generation dairy in Claremore, going since 1923 — when Ruby and Harley Swan Sr. started out with a single cow. Diane Williamson has run it since 2016, after her father and uncle before her. They bottle fresh milk and handcraft their cheeses on the farm, roughly eight hours to a batch. Every cow has a name as well as an ear tag, and there are picture windows in the milking parlour so visitors can watch the whole thing happen.
